Better than ENRON!!  I was thinking of investing in Rookie cards until I saw THIS!!

Cleveland prospect goes public

Indians minor-leaguer Randy Newsom is selling shares of himself, and, yes, you read that correctly. Through Real Sports Investments, Newsom is believed to be the first professional athlete to sell shares of his potential earning potential to the public. Shares of Newsom, a mid-level prospect at best, are going for $20. A total of 2,500 will be offered, and investors need Newsom to make something in the neighborhood of $1.25 million to turn a profit.  Kansas City Star

would love to see the disclosure and risk factors section in this prospectus.

actually I heard about this idea a few years back i think with a different player, should be interesting to see how it does, cause if it does well then....protrade.com may become a true stock market.
